Each 75 minute class costs £10.  Block buy option: get yourself 6 lovely sessions with me for only £50. Sessions need to be used within 3 months of purchase.

Wear soft, spacious and comfy clothes that you can breathe in. Wear layers – our body temperature can drop during meditation, but it can also rise if we’re moving around a bit more.

And, get ready to feel.
