Do you suffer from tension and discomfort around your shoulder girdle or in your back? Maybe from breastfeeding or carrying your child or from all the daily chores you as a parent have to perform each day.
In this morning workshop, we will explore Feldenkrais lessons designed to alleviate discomfort in these areas and learn to find easier and more comfortable movements. The lessons will further provide us with tools we can use at home to support the changes we experience during the workshop.
The workshop is also an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, to improve our breathing and calm our mind.
Please wear comfortable clothing. No prior experience needed.
