Small friendly group, suitable for all levels of yoga experience. These classes provide a balanced and varied weekly practice session. We focus on the journey of each yoga pose, rather than the outward shape or destination, so that everyone can benefit from the practice regardless of their current flexibility or fitness.
About the teachers: Sharon, Kay and Jude trained together on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course with tutors including Lisa McRory and Cara Bowen (co-directors) and Pete Blackaby (faculty member). Since graduating in 2017 we’ve continued to work together, sharing class plans and supporting each other’s teaching development. We rotate the class, so one of us teaches each week. Regular group members appreciate the variety this brings to the classes.
