Yoga for every body. Small friendly group, suitable for all levels of yoga experience. These classes provide a balanced and varied weekly practice session. We focus on the inner journey of each yoga pose rather than the outward shape or destination, using gravity and the breath to release unhelpful tensions from body and mind.
