They are an effective way to re-connect with ourselves, to reduce muscular tension and to improve our mobility, posture, breathing and well-being. Every class explores a different theme like turning, bending, reaching, sitting, standing, walking etc. We can become aware of movement patterns that work well for us or others that need adjusting.

Feldenkrais beginners class

In this class we will explore basic Feldenkrais lessons in different positions to different themes. All the movements we do on the mat relate to everyday activities like turning, bending, reaching, sitting, standing, walking etc. Clarifying these movement patterns can help us to release tension, find more mobility, freer breathing and better posture. It is also a nice way to re-connect with yourself and feel more comfortable in your body.
