Osteopath & Sports Massage Therapist


Claire graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a bachelor's degree (with Honors) in Osteopathy and has taken a further course in Cranial osteopathy, kinesiology taping and a diploma in sports massage therapy. She is registered with the General Osteopath Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.


She enjoys treating all ages with a combination of techniques, using a traditional osteopathic approach and modern techniques to treat a wide range of conditions and general aches and pains. Such as massage, joint mobilisation, stretching/ MET's, HVT manipulation and more gentle techniques like cranial osteopathy and functional techniques. Her cranial osteopathic training also enables her to treat children and infants.


Claire focuses on making patients more aware of their own bodies and posture, advising ways for them to help themselves at home through personalised stretching and exercises, to gain strength and flexibility in specific muscles and joints, with some nutritional advice to aid recovery. Also advising adaptions to standing or seated posture to aid recovery and aim to prevent re-injury in future.
