Yoga has been part of my life since I was 14. As a teacher, I aim to share with others the beneficial effects I’ve experienced on my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
I trained on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course (2015-17), with co-directors including Lisa McRory and Cara Bowen, and faculty including Pete Blackaby. I love this flexible, eclectic approach to yoga which focuses on the inner experience rather than the outward shape of postures, adapts the practice to the individual, and works with gravity to release unhelpful tensions.
