My teaching emphasises attentiveness both in the yoga postures and the stiller breath awareness practices. Both of these can then become meditative and help to develop a wider body/self awareness. Central to my approach to teaching is an acceptance of where each student is with their own Yoga so that practice is sensitive and without struggle.
I have been teaching yoga since 1997 and, along with a team of interesting and experienced colleagues, I now also train yoga teachers on the BWY accredited London Yoga Teacher Training Course.
