My approach to Hatha yoga focusses on developing body awareness and sensitivity, and adopting an attitude of acceptance to the body as it is. I teach yoga that encourages letting go of tension and being gentle with practice. I have been teaching regularly since 2001. The predominant influences that inform my yoga are the work of renowned teacher Vanda Scaravelli and the practice of mindfulness meditation both of which I have practiced since the mid-1990s.
