Clair is a former dancer and practiced yoga alongside her training and beyond. She is interested in the positive effect on our mental well being exercise and relaxation can have and how particularly important this is during pregnancy for mother and baby. Clair is a mother of two young children and practiced yoga throughout both her pregnancies. The breathing techniques, visualisation and active birth moves she learnt in yoga were invaluable for both her very different labours. She would like to offer mothers to be a warm and friendly place to meet, move, connect to their babies and relax. To teach some practical tools for a positive birth experience.
